Crystal also enjoys putting a smile on everyone’s face, and making sure patients are at ease when they come in for their appointments. One of her biggest goals is to diffuse the stigmas and anxieties patients have towards dental procedures. She has a knack for organization and loves to put anything on a spreadsheet.

She says, “Especially when patients come in afraid, we tend to always put them at ease and make the experience of the surgery trauma-free.”

She handles patients’ finances; treatment plans and strives to keep herself ava

In addition to working with her business and clinical team, she also manages all of the doctors’ larger cases, including patients needing multiple dental implants or a full mouth restoration. She handles patients’ finances; treatment plans and strives to keep herself available as a liaison between all parties to ensure a smooth experience for her patients.
Out of the office, Lindsey enjoys attending sporting events, concerts, festivals, and exploring new restaurants with friends and family.

Paytyn has been with Aspire since 2022 and is now a clinical team lead! In addition to that she is Dr. Surber's implant and hospital coordinator. So along with taking care of patients in office she also does so for the hospital patients. In her free time she likes to spend time with her family and loves doing gymnastics!

At Aspire, Maddie works as Dr. Okula's Lead Assistant and Implant Coordinator. The two of them work together at all three Aspire locations and at the hospital taking care of patients. Outside of work, Maddie enjoys taking her dog on walks and reading.

Laura is an Oral Surgery Assitant and Dr. Fairchild's Lead Coordinator! She has been in both the medical and dental field for almost two decades now and truly loves her patients and her job. In her spare time she enjoys spending time with her family and fur babies. Her favorite activities are hiking, biking, yoga, and exploring. She is always up for an adventure!

Donielle brings years of experience to the table, having been in the dentistry field since 1984 and having worked with the practice for 31 years. She is in charge of the clinical team, scheduling assistants for the doctors, managing IT and HR issues, and keeping a happy balance between clinical staff and doctors.

Stacey’s passion for oral surgery comes from her eagerness to learn, as the field is constantly evolving with new technologies and procedures. She is now able to bring her clinical knowledge into the business end of the practice to help teach the team and implement new ideas for our state of the art practice.
